""It's the kind of pizza you are full and still for a last Alice-Becauw it taste so good ' - one of my colleagues tbf it was just a mild problem to consider and it was due to only the movement of the few slices that moved but... I got a leaf pizza and it moved funny before I took it so that the whole one side had folded a little on itself and I could move the whole side to the other side... This said in view of the quality and taste of the pizza it's negligible and only loses a star since I do 't 4 1/2, since the price and quality make more for the mistake that if there's a place that deserves a 5/5 always it 't have even lost a star."

"I am picky about my pizza and subs, I’m also frugal. This place covers it all, it has the best pizza and subs in North Buffalo at the best prices. If there was ever a mistake, which is very rare, they fixed it right away and were apologetic. We eat there about every other week and have lived in north buffalo for about 20 years now so I think there was only one mistake ever. They are so nice to talk to, like family or good friends. They worry about the product and their customers that is why they have been a North Buffalo staple for over 40 years. I just love this place they are so good to me and my family."

"The Chicken Parm Sandwich is something that I can’t even compare to any other place I’ve had it from, it’s so incredible. I went in there by myself one day, and ordered a Chicken Parm Sandwich, but someone else in the restaurant, who had ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad, took my Chicken Parm Sandwich by mistake. I waited there for a while, not knowing any of this had happened, until eventually, one of the ladies who were working there asked me what I had ordered. That’s when they figured out that the other guy had accidentally taken my order instead of his. They swiftly apologized for the inconvenience, (of which I didn’t really care) then told me they would make me a new sandwich, and give me more free food as a sign of how sorry they were. I strongly recommend eating here!"

"Let’s talk about this place shall we. I’m a visitor visiting a relative. This place was recommended as I was definitely hungry after a 4 hour drive and not eating. Tuesday I got a medium firecracker but because I was craving more of this subtle but busy place I ordered a large godmother on Wednesday. Idk what magic is done in that kitchen but please don’t question it. And please for the love of god please never ever question that valid sarcasm that echoes behind the counter and travels through the smell of goodness. Suites and ties definitely not required for this great place. Just plop a seat and eat. Simple. Oh remember cash is king and tipping will go far for this place as they seriously appreciate all of us customers. You won’t be disappointed one bit. "It's been awhile since I had a good steak sandwich, and I haven't been to Mike's in years, so I decided to hed back. Actually, the last couple of times I was there I was ordering from the African side of the menu, which is no longer available, I think.The steak sandwich was cool, but the bar has been set so high in Buffalo. If you've had Scotty's, then Rick's, then the original Shy's, then you know a good steak sandwich. I would probably get it again because it's an option in the neighborhood, but it's not something I will crave. The bread was super fresh though, which is the start of a good sandwich. I'll be back to try the wings, and to see what else I can get so I can start supporting them again.The fries were on the weak side though, which is becoming the norm so I won't hold it against them in the review. These type of fries shouldn't be bagged right away, because the steam takes away any crispiness they had.SO OVERALL, the steak sandwich wasn't the best, but it definitely wasn't the worse! I WILL GO BACK. The food was ready when promised, and the ingredients were fresh, which counts as well."

"I can't talk to any of the negative comments about the service, but the pizza here is quite delicious. The pepperoni is slightly different than cup and cha, but has a nice cripple. The dough and cheese have a nice chewing, but the sauce is probably the best part. It tastes something sweet, but has a great wealth and is unique compared to what is standard here. Since the price of the slices was correct on average, I would have no problem taking one or two for a pizza meal."

"At 642pm I called to order 5 chicken finger Italian Style for pick up. I get there at 705pm to pickup. There is 1 girl working the front counter and she was doing amazing. Positive, apologetic for the line and very pleasant to deal with. I get home at 725 to find out that they were plain finger. I live maybe 1 mile away. So I call and they tell me they will deliver me a new order made correctly. At 826pm I call back to find out where my order is. It had never even left yet? Gets here 15 minutes later and they are made correctly, yay, but they are anything but hot. Absolutely ridiculous!"

"Burger was not as advertised. HORRIBLE. WORST EVER! Meat not fresh. Was it even meat? Bad off taste tough dry and tasteless shrunken piece of cardboard. obviously one of those frozen patties. "first this restaurant is the dirtyest restaurant in all wny. As soon as you get in you, you can feel the fat under your shoes. has the owner ever heard of degreaser? or how about besfe? you have given it to a bucket of water before you mop. omg, it is so rough, they can even feel the coating of fat on the tables. please do not use the toilet room for them will definitely lose their appetit. there was urine all over the floor and it looked like it had not been cleaned in months. I could only imagine what the house's back is. the walkable cooler I am sure, are as fies as the rest of the building. it is amazing how the health department has not closed the place for its unlawful disgust! with everything that is said, the quality of the food was ridiculous and that is waiting for them today. I brought my 8-year-old son to eat. we ordered at 17.30 a.m. two mini-steak subparts with some French pommes. we got our food at 18 o'clock. that is a long time to wait, especially with a hungry child. fries were cooked and cold. the mini subs were also cold and we are badly made ( hardly meat on them)? What a sweat! They accused me of $30.45! I was angry. I went to the counter and asked for a refund. the manager gave me the refund and apologized with a smirk on her face. Why did she smile? She answered that I didn't smile when she was actually. only terrible customer service. terrible. it's just a shame they don't seem to care. Well, I'm one who never wrote a bad review in my life, but with what happened today, I was forced to do it. when they read the owner, they should take it seriously and really buy something degreaser and properly clean the place. their prices are especially when the quality is not there and their customer service skills need great improvement! you will never see me in there again!"

"We have been loyal customers of this pizza restaurant for a number of years and have always enjoyed the best pizzas. In fact, we used to occasionally order an additional pizza to take with us to the lake. However, over the past year, the pizzas have not been up to the same standard. The great taste that we once loved just isn't there anymore. We are not sure if there are new owners or if cheaper ingredients are being used now. There is a lot of competition in this area and unfortunately, we have decided to move on from Clawson's."

"We frequently order from this restaurant, and the food is consistently excellent. However, during our last visit, we encountered some issues. We placed our order in advance through their website and arrived at the scheduled time, but it was clear they were not prepared. I overheard some commotion in the back as they scrambled to provide me with an alternative pizza because they weren’t ready. While I'm not particularly fussy about which pizza I receive, the real problem was with the wings. We had ordered a party pizza along with 50 wings, and unfortunately, the wings ended up spilling grease and oil all over my wife's lap while we were driving. Moreover, my sister-in-law got grease all over her counters, and they forgot to include the BBQ sauce. I strongly recommend that they reconsider their packaging for large orders to avoid this happening in the future."
