"The food was relatively good. Unfortunately, my sandwich was made wrong. The server asked for my order and I ordered a half Italian hot without lettuce. She repeated back my order and “no lettuce” but she made the sandwich cold (not toasted) and with lettuce. The 2nd sandwich was a half Reuben (supposed to be hot). It was hot and she asked if I wanted lettuce on my Reuben and I answered NO. My sandwich was made with lettuce. My daughter ordered a whole Reuben and the server asked if she wanted if she wanted lettuce, tomato, and onion? She ordered it hot without the lettuce, tomato, onion, basically like a normal Reuben should be. It came out cold, not grilled or toasted and piled high with lettuce. Our entire order was completely wrong. We found the restaurant online and thought it would be a great stop as we were passing through the city. We went 15 miles out of our way to try it. Huge disappointment. We would have even been okay with the modified sandwiches we were given since they were very different than what we ordered the service (the server that took our order at the counter and made our food) was so bad, it made the entire experience bad."
