"Unfortunately, this restaurant has declined significantly. In addition to a substantial language barrier, their service is quite incompetent. I always order a plain bagel (not burnt), cut in half, with butter on one side and cream cheese on the other, then sliced down the middle as usual. They seem to mess it up nearly every time. If they make a mistake and have to prepare a second bagel, they charge me double. The latest incident was particularly off-putting—there was a hair baked into the bagel. I threw it away and I will never return. I can only imagine how unsanitary the kitchen must be. I’m willing to drive to other towns for better bagels and customer service."
