"Making a reservation online is easy, there is plenty of parking available, and the restaurant has a cozy and elegant atmosphere with an outdoor patio, providing a delightful dining experience. Our server, Jimmy, was outstanding - friendly, professional, organized, and efficient. Our drinks were always replenished promptly and the service was exceptional. Gaetano's uses fresh and delicious ingredients, resulting in amazing dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"Service and food were ok. 2 main issues: 1. The beer list is not printed or listed closely. It is in a TV screen located in a space far from where you are seated sometimes. Gets hard to read. 2. Towards the end of the evening, about an hour before they close, they tell us they are closing the section we are seated in and we need to either move to a different area or close our tab which is ridiculous given that we had food on our table with drinks and we were about 8 people in the party. Not a good customer experience."

"We ate here during our first Key West trip. The food is great, the service was very good and prices were reasonable (we thought) portions were quite large and 2 of the 3 of us took home part of our meals. I am marking this down b/c when we got the bill it seemed high for what we had (3 entrees and a entree dinner salad to split but only water for beverages). Based on what my spouse told me I had cash out for the tip until we relooked at the bill and saw a service charge added on. We asked about this and our server said this would count as the shared tip between the server, hostess and another role. My husband calculated this at 27%. Ok Please raise your prices then and say no tipping, or point this out b/c we were about to leave more money. Plus on the receipt for the credit card was the now standard section about suggested tips. So potentially people can leave cash or add more tip to the bill. None of this was pointed out when we received our bill. I think this is deceptive and not transparent and frankly looks like gouging the unsuspecting tourist (always check your bill). Not sure we will go here again even though it was very convenient."

"Five friends who hadn't seen each other in a while got together for dinner. Our server Kelly was very patient and friendly. The dining room was quite busy as it was a school's homecoming. We enjoyed the mozzarella as an appetizer and four people enjoyed the Chicken Parmigan. The portions were so big that we had leftovers!"

"Place used to be great (mostly because of Marcelo! . Has really taken a turn for the worse. For example, server was extremely rude today. They overcharged us both for drinks, arguing that “the menu was wrong” and there was nothing they could do aboutit. I didn’t realize menu misrepresentation was our fault. Part of me wonders if they pocketed the delta. Very rude in theprocess when we were just trying to get an explanation. Management needs to step up—I’ve heard from others in theneighborhood how the place, which started out so great, is degrading away."

"Exceptional food in an authentic, non-demanding environment. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, which added to the great experience. For bread lovers, there are 3 different breads, all of which are made there and are all wonderful. I stop on the way out of town to pick up bread and take it home to friends. My salad was fabulous and the vodka chicken pasta (a specialty) was cooked perfectly with a wonderful sauce. The specials change with the seasons. Desserts are all made there and everyone looked great. We share the ice cream on Sunday with homemade caramelized marshmallows and chocolate ganache. It was wonderful. You can share it with 4 people as it is very large. We will definitely have dinner here again when we return to Mayo and Golf."

"We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Papa Joe's in September, and we can't recommend it enough! Katie was fantastic, and the servers were attentive and friendly. Everyone always had what they needed. The food was delicious, and they were very accommodating when it came to dietary restrictions. The venue comfortably accommodated between 80 and 120 guests, and we also had a DJ. The layout was ideal, and honestly, everything about this restaurant and our event was perfect! We give it a perfect 10 out of 10!"

"The food is good but I wish they would wear gloves at the front. Handling food with tongs doesn’t mean you shouldn’t practice food hygiene by wearing gloves, especially if you’re also on the register. I first picked up an order for sandwiches and they asked if I wanted slaw on the side so I said sure. I was shocked when she got it with her bare hands. I like the food but haven’t returned because of this."

"This was our 2nd visit. Love that it 's locally owned and the food combinations sound comforting interesting. So far, all of our entrees have come in the form of 'bowls '. The food has tasted good, just not visually appealing. Our waitress wasn 't much help as she did not like food 'smothered in cheese sauces ' and so could not recommend several of the dishes. Her 'yuckie ' facial expression while relaying this information to us emphasized her point of view. The pie is AMAZING and price accordingly!"

"This is a more thorough review from about a year ago (previously it was only a rating). The ambience and atmosphere were unique and cozy. We loved that. We sat in the cavern part to have dinner. We had been here a couple times before and sat both outside in the courtyard and inside the cavern. Both are great dining areas. The service has always been decent. The beet salad was good the two times we had it. Regarding the latest visit here, about a year ago, the menu yielded food that was a bit overpriced for the quality. The salmon being served at the time tasted farmed and the seasonings/ sauces on it were okay. The other dish which was pasta was a little better, but forgettable. At the mediocre level of flavor, the food would be more adequately priced around $20-$25 for a dinner plate. We have no problem paying a bit more for exceptional food."

"I made reservations for breakfast for 4 at 10:30 for Mother’s Day. My mother arrived first they gave her a set price buffet menu at $75 per head. She told me about it when we got there so I went to talk to a floor manager, who apologized but said they weren't serving breakfast, just the buffet. We went back forth but really, we were stuck. So we stayed but it set the tone for me. I'd asked that the GM come to the table he didn't by the time we'd finished so I asked again. He came over apologized but said there was nothing he could do, that the website is run by a 3rd party may or may not be accurate that they expect guests to know that they’d only serve brunch not breakfast on special occasions like Easter or Mother’s Day. I’m not sure how he expected that the customer would know the restaurant’s hours/specials/etc sounds ridiculous to me. After more back forth, I asked if he could discount the check at first he said no, but then came back said he'd take 20% off which I accepted. He came back again told us he'd taken one full meal off. I appreciate that gesture but it should have come earlier instead of stonewalling me. The food was average, the experience was less than that, we won’t be back."

"I work near the bistro, and I must say it’s my favorite breakfast spot I’ve ever encountered. It’s located in a prominent copper building, and it’s fully open to the public. I really hope they attract more customers because their breakfast burritos deserve more recognition. I’ve tried many breakfast burritos in my life, but these stand out. Even now, I find myself craving them!"

"This restaurant in Emory Village is a fantastic place to eat. They are able to cater to various dietary needs, making it perfect for dining with a diverse group of friends. I have only eaten here a few times, but each meal has been excellent. The spaghetti and meatballs I recently tried were delicious, a well-executed version of the classic dish. During a previous visit, I opted for the Thai Chicken Ravioli, which may sound like an unusual pairing but it surprisingly works well. If you're craving pasta but want something non-traditional, I highly suggest trying this ravioli."

"A group of friends and I were in town for work, so we decided to have dinner at this restaurant. We started off with the nachos as our appetizer, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh Jalapeños. For our main course, we all shared a three meat pizza which was the perfect size for us. I was also impressed by the beer wall and the variety of options available. Overall, it's a great spot to relax and unwind with friends after a busy day."

"Shhhhhhh! Please don’t tell anyone about this restaurant. It’s usually not very crowded. They do not take reservations. The menu is airport themed. The food has always been very good. I’ve been there 5 times in the last 6 weeks. The outdoor seating is where I love to sit. The little planes come and go right below where you sit. It’s loud when they come and go. You can enter the tail numbers and look up the flight plan of each plane. If the number starts with an N, the plane is from the USA. A letter C in the front designates them being from Canada. However a D is used for planes from Germany. They offer biplane rides from that airport so we have seen the biplanes takeoff and land a few times. You can also see helicopters. One night they had a 5 piece jazz band indoors. They were very talented. We even bought red tshirts from there- great graphics! Great servers always and great staff all around every time. Enjoy, but don’t tell too many people! Lol!"

"This is one of our preferred dining establishments. Despite being a sports bar, the food here surpasses the usual bar fare. My latest favorite dish is the Wasabi Salmon BLT, which is absolutely delicious! The service is also commendable. Whenever we have visitors in town, this is our go-to spot. They are usually able to accommodate large groups. In addition to indoor seating, there is also the option to dine outside in the garden or under the covered outdoor bar. Furthermore, there are plenty of TVs and live music on Fridays."
