"I love cold stone and I hate to give a negative review. I usually frequent a few of there local stores. Today I went to the Valrico location which is closest to my house. It wasn't too busy and the staff as always was super friendly. I ordered two scoops of pistachio and one of cheesecake. Not mixed but separate scoops in the container.. so I notice as that as they are working the ice cream on the cold table that there are zero nuts in it.. huh? Not one speck of a pistachio.. I asked can I have some of the pistachio topping worked into it- they said they don't have them... ok? Hmmm.. So i figure as always the ice cream will still taste great.. so I thought.. The one scoop of cheesecake was good (no cheesecake pieces). But still good. The pistachio? Well that's where my negative review comes in.... the fluorescent green ice cream tasted 100% artificial and had a liquor aftertaste.. like it's flavored with something like a baking extract with an alcohol base.. not pleasant at all.. I also noticed that the pistachio ice cream was leaving a thick waxy coating all over my mouth.. literally like candle wax.. I washed the remainder down my kitchen drain.. I love the staff.. hated the experience.. and I've had to brush 3 times to rid my mouth of the waxy grease in my mouth.. Sorry guys you blew it with me.."

"We had an incredible dinner last week at Chair 5. My parents have been renting a house in Narragansett for 5 years, since my only child (and their only grandchild) was born, in order to make some real special memories together. This year we decided to try a fancy restaurant and it did not disappoint! From the beautiful ocean decor and fish tank, to the picture on the inside of the elevator, we knew we were somewhere special. Outside of the ambience of the hotel itself, we were blown away by the views (from the inside, we weren't brave enough to don blankets and face the wind but we were impressed that others were), and the service. Rebecca was very attentive to my daughter, bringing her out maraschino cherries (her favorite) without being asked. Rebecca and Sophia were very gracious with ensuring we got a beautiful family photo on the porch (maybe our 2023 holiday card), and even taking pictures with my precocious daughter. When we delighted over the ocean themed cocktail stirrers (and teal straws), Rebecca brought us a collection which we have displayed at home in my daughter's room. And the FOOD! Despite the menu being more limited than appeared online, which Rebecca explained was due to some staffing issues, it was DELICIOUS. Clam chowder had great flavor, and the fried scallop special was exquisite. The cocktails were very delicious as well as the desserts. Overall we had a 5 star experience, in no small part due to the care and attention we received from the staff. We have a new tradition and will certainly be back next year! "Excellent. We were a large group of 23, who dropped in without warning. (Coming from a family funeral no lunch at the church). The manager was a little flustered, but the server took it in stride. They served up 3 of 4 tables rather quickly. The last was a little slow, but still good. Thank you!"

"4th of July weekend, Sunday morning and all of our usual locally owned places are packed. We decided to try this Perkins. Only a 30 min wait so we stayed. So glad we did. First, the waitstaff is tremendous! So friendly, patient and attentive (thanks, Melissa! . Second, even though they were very busy, the food arrived lightening fast, hot and perfectly prepared. It was a very good breakfast at reasonable prices and we highly recommend. They take good care of the kiddies and adults alike."

"When I tried to place a phone order for delivery on the day of my request, they instructed me to use a third-party delivery service like Postmates or Uber Eats. I complied, but the driver encountered problems delivering to a studio lot. After discussing the situation with both the gate guard and the driver, I was assured that my order would be left at the gate. Unfortunately, after some investigation, we discovered that it was never delivered. When I visited the bakery in person to discuss the issue, an employee promised to look into it and call me back, but I never received that call. I returned a week later to follow up, only to be told that the team was too busy to assist me. After explaining my situation again, both the employees and the manager informed me they contacted the third-party carrier and couldn't do anything else. In the end, I was left with a bill of $115 and no order, not even an acknowledgment of my concerns. It's disappointing that such a lovely bakery doesn't prioritize customer service. I will now be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging others to seek out bakeries that value their customers. Goodbye, Big Sugar."

"As a traveling nurse I try to find new and unique places and support local shops. Found this place to have an outdoor patio and allows dogs, as I am traveling with my 4 legged co-pilot. I was impressed by the pictures so gave it a shot. I was NOT disappointed!! We, the dog and I, were seated to the side of the building with a small table on a patch of grass. Large tree and lots of plants including Aloe Vera. Waiter was very nice and brought the pup a container with water. Food was awesome!! Great little place and WE will be back!. "The restaurant is conveniently located inside Cactus Pete's Casino. You can enter through the south-facing doors, and the restaurant is just inside. We were greeted and seated promptly and with a friendly demeanor. Our drink orders were taken and served quickly. It was a Friday lunchtime, so the restaurant was only about 30% full. Both our waitress and the bussers were pleasant and efficient. We ordered our entrees without any special requests. I deducted a star because our meals took longer to arrive than usual, and the food was rather bland. The portion sizes and prices were reasonable, totaling $44 before tip for two meals and two non-alcoholic beverages, and the place was clean. It's a decent spot to dine if you're in the vicinity, but probably not worth making a special trip."
