"Out of the entire mall, this place has the worst customer service. All of the employees are super rude except for the one who knows only a little english and they always are yelling at her. I feel so bad anytime I go. Like, I work in customer service I get it, you have a bad day sometimes, but it’s every single time here. The blonde one especially!! No greeting or anything. Just “can i help you”. No “Hi! How are you, what can I get for you?”. She seems like she hates her job so much, just leave if you don’t like it. Find somewhere new to work. They always mess up your order it doesn’t matter what day of the week it is. She rolls her eyes and just has the absolute worst tone of voice. The entire mall has the sweetest employees except for this one place and it’s just infuriating honestly. Treat your customers better or go somewhere else it’s really that simple. I’ve had bad days at work and I’ve given a little attitude to customers because I took it out on them, but I apologized and moved on because I catch myself doing it. Don’t just take everything out on your customers and then not apologize for it…"
