"I read an article a long time ago that claimed Loco Creek Grill has the best hamburger in Montana. At the time, I was a delivery driver and always wanted to give it a try. However, I eventually stopped being a delivery driver to work behind a desk and never had the opportunity to return to Harlowton. Last weekend, while camping at Deadman Basin, I was fortunate enough to be close enough to finally visit Loco Creek. Let me tell you, it was worth the wait! Although I didn’t try the hamburger, so I can’t comment on whether it’s truly the best, we did order half a steak sandwich and half a Philly cheese sandwich to share, and both were delicious! The steak wasn't heavily seasoned, but it didn’t need to be; it was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The Philly was juicy and came with au jus, which was a first for me—but it was fantastic! If you find yourself in the area, make sure to stop by Loco Creek Grill. Give the hamburger a try and let them know what you think!"
