"Great food but really lacks in communication and if you order their bubble tea, you will be severely disappointed. 4 times now I have gone in for a classic tapioca bubble tea and they always get my order wrong. They always give me the popping bubbles instead of the tapioca. When they do give me tapioca, the woman microwaves it for what seems to be 10 seconds and the tapioca is rock hard. This last time, she didn 't fix anything. She literally tried to scoop out the popping tapioca with a spoon (did not get it out) and poured in a bunch of rock hard tapioca. It is very hard to communicate when orders go wrong, and I 'm sorry, but I make better bubble tea at home."
