"We came across Cosmos Ice Cream Truck at the Strawberry Festival in Palm Coast, FL, and we completely fell in love with some of the best ice cream we've ever tasted! The pistachio flavor was nothing short of divine, and the strawberry ice cream was simply amazing! Everyone we spoke to echoed our sentiments. Without a doubt, this was the BEST ice cream any of us has ever had! The truck itself is really cool, and we enjoyed the scenic views from the top. The owner is an incredibly sweet and down-to-earth lady who genuinely appreciates hearing how much we love her creations! If you want to support a disabled, veteran, or woman-owned business, you can do all three by backing one of the coolest vendors around, offering some of the best ice cream out there. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but this has been on my to-do list for a while! My kids loved it, my parents loved it, and I loved it too! It was PHENOMENAL! I'm sad that we've moved so far away and won’t be able to visit again soon, but next time we're in Florida, we'll definitely be tracking them down for more!"
