"I had a craving for Lomo Saltado and discovered Inka Trails on Yelp. The restaurant is tucked away between a gas station and a larger strip mall, making it somewhat difficult to find. It does have a parking lot in the back, which is convenient. Once inside, the decor is quite nice, with uniquely painted walls that complement the overall design.
Unfortunately, the Lomo Saltado was a letdown. The beef was cut into thin strips and lacked the juiciness and tenderness I've enjoyed in other versions of this dish. Additionally, the server forgot to bring the green sauce, which I had to request. When I finally received it, I found it to be watery and less flavorful than the green sauces I've had elsewhere.
Also, there was no complimentary bread while waiting for my main course, which was disappointing. I didn't try any other dishes, so I can't comment on those. If you're looking for a good Lomo Saltado, I’d recommend seeking it out elsewhere."
