"My husband went in today and ordered a large pie. When he brought it home it had cheese slid all over the place and it looked messy and was under cooked. In the past I have had nothing but good experiences there. Today he called and was told to bring it back, which he did. When he arrived he explained what was wrong with the pizza...I guess to a manager because he came from his office and said to my husband you look like you want to punch me) which absolutely was not the case at all. He is one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet....but he does have a very authoritarian voice because of his background. Hewas given a refund and told never to come back there. Fast forward...I don't know but during all of that somehow someway a fresh pizza was made and he brought it back home. I don't know how I feel about that situation but I think customer service is very important to any establishment. It just really bothered me that that happened because like I said I frequent there all the time."

"Vico is one of our favorite restaurants for a great night out or a special occasion, like my husband's birthday. Comfort food classics like chicken or eggplant parmesan never disappoint, and the entire staff go out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. The outdoor seating is a lovely bonus."

"Their meatball sub is out of the world and everyone needs to order it!!!! It’s the best meatball ever!!!! And so much better than other beef sandwiches. Also the side pasta is so amazing!! You can taste the red sauce is for sure homemade and just so fresh. I will come back for more meatball subs. The owner is super friendly too. Totally worth 1 hour wait for us."
