"My husband and I were excited to attend Calle Onze's National Tequila Day event after seeing it advertised on social media. Glad we're made reservations because the dining room was packed! Unfortunately, our excitement was short-lived because the waitress was unpleasant and impatient from the start. We tolerated her speaking over us while we asked questions and giving short, terse, answers, but we couldn't overlook her poor service when presenting (or not presenting) the tequila flights for the event. We've experienced excellent presentations of flights before, so we knew that setting cups in front of us haphazardly while saying that she needed to take care of another table was not acceptable. The bar manager stepped in and worked hard to improve our experience, but the damage had been done. We won't return or recommend this restaurant any time soon."
