We’ve never encountered a restaurant like this before. The cups they served us were the size of small liquor drink cups. We didn’t see any notice about the no-refill policy, and the lunch menu didn’t even list drink prices. Our waitress didn’t inform us either. While we were really hungry and didn't mind the prompt service, it felt a bit rushed when she expected us to order without giving us enough time to look over the menu."
