"In the end the food was good but when you advertise a 'especial ' you should honor it at 9.95 and not charge the customer the full 19.50 for the entree. Came to get two entrees and have a couple of beers and use the new Entertainment coupon which was buy one entree get one of equal or lesser value (up to $10). Took a short while to get our chips and salsa (two kinds one was warm which was really good never had that before) and had to ask the woman who brought the chips and salsa for clean and dry plates. Ordered the red snapper 7 manos special as you can see from the photo was 9.95 but when the bill came we were charged the full price and the server started to tell us, as customers that we didn 't order the special? Got into a little bit of an argument and he disappeared. Waited about 5 minutes then had to call the restaurant, yes call them, from the table to ask for a manager to come to our table. He comes back out and continues to tell us we, as customers, are wrong? Um hello, did you ever hear of customer service? The meals were actually good which was why we went but to argue with a customer with a full restaurant by charging TWICE the price and not honoring your own special? Walked out. Pictures are worth 1,000,000 words the restaurant, the special and the two checks he obviously didn 't understand us and upsold us thinking we 'd just take the discount and pay the bill. Um no mentioned we 'd call the police and then the shit go real. Be careful what you order again the food was good, not impressive, but audit your bill!"

"A Disappointing Experience at Salsa Picante Not Worth a Return VisitI had really high hopes for Salsa Picante, but unfortunately, my experience there left me feeling utterly disappointed. The restaurant had a promising atmosphere when we walked in, but things quickly went downhill from there.First off, their bar menu lacked a classic option that I look forward to enjoying during any night out – Jack Daniel's. I couldn't believe a restaurant like this wouldn't have such a popular whiskey. However, I brushed it off and opted for another drink, ready to move on with my night. My frustration was fueled when we found a huge hair in our silverware. It's not only disgusting, but also a blatant reflection of careless hygiene standards at Salsa Picante. It was a struggle not to lose my appetite right away. But the worst part our waitress seemed to be completely disinterested in providing good service. She had her headphones on, barely acknowledging our presence, let alone checking up on our order or ensuring our satisfaction. After anxiously waiting for over 45 minutes, in an almost empty restaurant, we finally received our food. But by then, our excitement had evaporated. To top it all off, our waitress showed an unprofessional and off putting attitude, which did nothing to remedy the situation. For a moment, it even seemed like we were bothering her by merely being there. In conclusion, Salsa Picante was a massive disappointment – from the bar menu to the discourteous waitress. I strongly suggest you consider other options for an enjoyable Mexican dining experience. Regrettably, Salsa Picante will not be receiving a second visit from me, nor will I recommend it to friends and family."
