"I can't complain, as I've become a fan of this place again, and now that the previous issues seem to be resolved, I plan to come back. It’s great to see that they value feedback, as many restaurants simply ignore reviews. They shared other improvements they've made, showing that they truly care about their customers. This commitment goes a long way, and with their reasonable prices and excellent food, I wholeheartedly recommend it. The Machete Chicharrón is outstanding, and they offer many unique recipes.
As for my earlier review, I did mention that while the food was good, the customer service was dreadful. There was a cashier who seemed quite unhappy, and my order was messed up. I ordered tacos, and the box was given to me upside down, leaving me to assemble them myself! Despite my efforts to clearly communicate my order, there was a lack of understanding on her part. I was definitely disappointed because this place used to be amazing, but the quality had noticeably declined.
With so many options for Mexican food out there, they really need to step up their service to stand out. I would have recommended the food, but I decided not to return until the service improved. I’ve supported this place since it opened, so it’s disheartening to see it fall short. But now that they seem to be on the right track, I’m excited to be back!"
