"During my recent visit, I decided to stray from my usual fajitas (which, by the way, are fantastic here) and opted for chicken enchiladas instead. Unfortunately, they didn’t quite impress me. This time, I went for the shrimp, specifically the shrimp Diablo. While it wasn't very spicy, it still had great flavor. My wife chose the Mi Tierra Shrimp Especial, and it was absolutely perfect—sautéed shrimp served with rice and grilled vegetables. I would definitely order it again without a second thought. I'm also pleased to say that the service has improved. I requested black beans and got them, and I asked for no sour cream, which they honored perfectly. Overall, Mi Tierra has reaffirmed its spot at the top of my list for local Tex-Mex dining."
