"I have been a Faithful Customer for over 2 years And never complained but this was the 2nd time and I was more disappointed I was told by the cashier cause there was no manager on shift they could not issue a refund or replace because they are not allowed to give away free food I was so confused how is that giving away when I paid for it there cilantro onions that was on the side had dirt from not being washed properly and they started charging for To-Go Bags and don't even tell you your getting charged. There food these last few times have been either over cooked, not seasoned and have had loose human hair in them its just sad that there Customer Service has just disappeared and the quality of food is ok YELPERS BEWARE of being either over charged or unsuspecting random particles in your food"

"I have going to this place for a while but after yesterday I was so unhappy with the food.I ordered carne asada fries I took my son and mother the carne asada fried we’re horrible.. the fries were hard as rock the meat was dry and burned and had to return them it was hard seeing my family forced to eat it due to how much I had paid. For exchange I asked for 3 tacos de cabeza, they smelled bad and had no taste. As soon as we looked at them we were in shock, I gave it to my dogs and the next day they had diarrhea. The most upsetting thing was that the young lady in the register did not even apologize or even ask why we were taking the tacos home, or if we were satisfied? It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No more sayulitas for our family."

"Came on a Tuesday around 11:30 and the place was packed great sign . Parking lot was full so had to find street parking which is free) Did get seated right away only a few empty tables left. Got the soup and crispy taco combination with chicken taco Soup was very good would have like lime instead of lemon for the garnish crispy taco shell was on stale tasting side but they gave me fresh corn tortillas to go with soup so I scraped out the crispy taco filling and put it in the fresh tortillas much better Should be a choice to go with soup instead of crispy Food came out quickly"

"The food was decent—hearty but surprisingly lacking in flavor for Mexican cuisine. We ordered tacos that had more toppings on the shell than actual filling inside. The carne asada tacos were pretty good but had tasteless meat, and the rolled tacos didn’t stand out either. As for the carne asada fries, which seem to be a crowd favorite, they came with undercooked fries piled high with meat, sour cream, guacamole, and cheese; unfortunately, it quickly turned into a mushy mess. Overall, it was an overpriced and average lunch. While it's convenient since the nearest good Mexican restaurant is quite a distance away on Kendall, we probably won’t be returning regularly."

"It never fails. I thought that by giving another Filiberto's location the benefit of the doubt that their reputation would be redeemed in my eyes, but not a chance. Since my ten years in Arizona, I've always heard rave reviews about Filiberto's, and as a result, I've tried six different locations across the valley, today being the 6th time. I ordered carne asada fries through UberEats, and once again I'm disappointed. Cold, soggy, flavorless. Why would you put sour cream and guacamole in the box instead of on the side if you're participating in UberEats? And I followed the driver on the app from the time they picked up the order to the time they delivered it to me. I highly doubt it was the driver's fault; however, that's the only benefit of the doubt I have in me. I don't understand why everyone raves about Filiberto's; it's trash. Good luck to everyone else eating at any Filiberto's location. I'm going to start listening more closely to the universe when it tells me that I'm not always supposed to have what I want. Get a new business model and better recipes, or close your independently operated doors. Euw."

"I highly recommend this place I had the pleasure to have breakfast twice . I couldn't believe the size of my plate it was beyond my expectations. "We stopped by on a Saturday around 6 pm for take out. It's in the same plaza as Target and Menya so there is plenty of parking. It wasn't too busy so ordering was very quick. The menu is quite large and we came here to try the speciality burritos that are a fusion of Mexican and Filipino foods. We got a Pacman (tocino, carne asada, guac, sour cream, cheese, salsa, chipotle sauce, fries) and Bolt burrito (carne asada, longanisa, guac, cheese, sour cream, chipotle sauce, fries). The burritos are a bit pricey, about $15 each but they are HUGE. These are biggest burritos I have seen ever one burrito could easily feed 2-3 people. Because they were so big, they were a bit difficult to eat you can just hold it upright like a traditional burrito. However, both burritos tasted great. There was plenty of well seasoned meat and fillings and we had left overs for several meals. If you are looking for a fun take on the California burrito, I would recommend trying Sayulitas. They also have a help yourself salsa bar and indoor seating."

I took my chicken out of the tacos, used my sons lettuce and cold beans and ate like a salad. I couldn?t handle all the liquid and the soggy tacos. My son powered through the soggy enchiladas saying they were ok. Positive: CHIPS Cheese! Chips are hot and crisp, while the cheese was cool but not coagulated. A bit spicy, delish though! Eat quickly or the pooling grease on the bottom will make the chips soggy. So much grease! Return: Nope. My son and I love Mexican food, and we love trying new places, unfortunately we had a horrible experience and it just wasn?t worth the $26+ lunch, for 2 tacos, 2 enchiladas chips/cheese. Maybe it was the crew working, location, take out verses done in, or maybe poor luck... try for yourself, hoping you have a way better experience!!"

"I ordered a bacon and a breakfast burrito at this restaurant. When I pulled up to the window, the worker asked if I had ordered a steak and egg burrito. I corrected him and said I actually ordered a bacon and egg burrito. He realized the mistake, took my card for payment, and returned with my food. To my surprise, they had given me the steak and egg burrito instead of what I had originally ordered. Even after confirming with the worker, he insisted that it was my order. Overall, I recommend going to Linas instead."

"Definitely a place I would return to! I live about 30 minutes away and was feeling hungry while out in the area. I had never heard of this place before, but we decided to give it a try. I have been to many Mexican-style restaurants, and this place is definitely one of the best. The atmosphere may not be fancy, but it is very cool, cozy and the food tastes amazing. We ordered shrimp and steak fajitas, which were a perfect 5 out of 5. Their guacamole was a 10 out of 5, and their sauces were also fantastic. I particularly liked the mild sauce, as it actually had flavor unlike other places where mild sauces are bland. The hot sauce had a nice kick to it. The lady at the cash register was very friendly and checked in to see if we needed anything. Overall, a pleasant and beautiful experience!"

"This review is tough. The rating is an average of two visits. The first visit was on a Thursday night. We ordered two of their El Bandido burrito and a few of their crunchy tacos. We tried their shredded beef and ground beef fried tacos and the El Bandido was a carne asada burrito with a Chile Relleno inside. Their ground beef tasted good. Their shredded beef was bland. Their carne asada meat was flavorful. Overall, the food was good. They have a small but adequate salsa bar complete with pickled jalapeno and carrots. This meal was between 4 5 stars.Then, I took my son on a Wednesday and ordered their burrito supreme Wednesday special. I was told the burrito supreme came with shredded beef or you can upgrade for carne asada. As the shredded beef was bland the other night, I upgraded to the carne asada meat. This meal was a 2 3 stars. The carne asada meat was old and did not have the carne asada flavor. It was pretty bland. More importantly, the meat tasted old. I was wondering what was taking them so long and why I was not hearing the sizzling sounds of meat. It looked like they were reheating already cooked meat. The meat just did not taste fresh or good. The enchilada sauce the burrito was smothered in was also very chipotle esq but without much umami depth of flavor. The sauce was also pretty bland and had a singular note chipotle esq. I would have preferred the burrito without the smother.My son and I ended up throwing most of it away. We just ate enough to not feel hungry and discarded the rest.I will try them 2 more times. I will try their Chimichanga and their Tue/Wed fried taco special. However, I will watch for the taste of old meat and if I experience it again, I will drop my rating."
