"we could get a last minute reservation for lunch and we are so glad we did. my man and I were in charleston to celebrate our jubilee celebration and that was one of the best places where we divorced. we shared the cold blue crab dip, the she craab suppe and the crab cake. every dish was delicious! our service was great and we sat before our actual reservation. I am of md and I am picky over crab cake and the crab cake at fleet’s land had so much crumb meat in them and hardly a filer. I will come back when we return to charleston and I will recommend this place to my friends."

"I used to go here when my dad was getting cancer treatment and loved it. Then the day I bring my girlfriend to try it. The owner of the restaurant puts a boot on my car and leaves a nasty note,while we were inside eating. Turns out he saw a couple of folks walk past my car and assumed that they were parking in the lot and going off to enjoy downtown Charleston without eating at his establishment.
