"The food here is incredibly delicious and consistently good. While it's not the cheapest option, it's definitely not overpriced either. This is one of those places that leaves you craving a return visit, even if it's outside your usual budget. I typically order the liver dish, which is somewhat rare on menus in the States – and I mostly follow a vegetarian diet, though I'm not strict about it. It's one of the best liver dishes I've ever had. I also tried the trout and vegetable risotto, both of which were fantastic. Everything was enjoyable, and the crunchy bread is so good that you'll want to eat it on its own. The wine is reasonably priced as well. The staff upstairs (I haven't been downstairs) are incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a charming local vibe that feels warm and welcoming. The recent renovation of the furniture has only enhanced the atmosphere."
