"We had a reservation for 6:30PM and when we arrived we were directed to a table by one of the wait staff. Shortly after ordering our drinks, a grouchy staff member (we later found out was the manager) came over to our table and told us the table was reserved. We told him we were the reservation and then he proceeded to question us about what time our reservation was for, our names, etc. It was a very bizarre exchange and made us feel uncomfortable, like we had done something wrong. As we ordered our food, a couple came in and sat right next to us with their 2 large dogs. I am severely allergic to dogs, so my husband asked if our party could be moved. Our server said that they would move the dogs. When our food finally arrived the dogs were still there so my husband asked again if something could be done. The server then brought the manager over and he said they were service dogs so they wouldn’t move them. They let everyone who wanted to pet them, play with the dogs so I find it difficult to believe they were service dogs, but that aside, even the wait staff were touching them, which could contaminate food. We were eventually moved (we had to carry our food through the restaurant with a 6 month old baby, so it it’s not exactly a quick/easy task). My suggestion would be that if you are going to allow everyone who says they have a service dog into your restaurant, perhaps have a designated area or seat them outside on the patio, not directly outside the kitchen doors. It is unhygienic to have dog hair flying in your food and drinks, the potential of fleas, and some of us have allergies. It was very clear to me that the dogs were more important than my health."

"The email we received recommended arriving an hour early to secure the best seats due to the open seating arrangement. We arrived about 50 minutes early and checked in at the door, but were told they weren’t seating anyone yet. Instead, they asked us to wait at the bar until we were called for seating. This was misleading because while arriving early is advised, it doesn’t guarantee you’ll get the best seats. When we were finally led into the room around 9 PM, we were the second group to enter and managed to secure a center table in the Yoohoo Room. The venue suggests ordering two items each from their menu, so we did just that. I ordered a Coke and my wife opted for a lemonade. For our appetizer, we selected the Warm Soft Pretzel Sticks, and I ordered the flappy fries, but instead, I received the Farley fries. Our appetizers took about ten minutes to arrive, but unfortunately, our drinks never came. I had to flag down the waitress to follow up, and since they had run out of glass cups, we received our drinks in plastic ones. The food itself wasn’t great; it was quite salty, and the drinks were mostly ice. However, the comedy show was fantastic! Each comedian had about five to ten minutes on stage, and one comedian was particularly entertaining. The dress code here is casual, which was nice, and while they prefer that you don’t take pictures or videos, I managed to sneak a quick photo of my wife’s brother and our food. Overall, I’d rate the experience as follows: - **Comedy Show: 5 stars** – Small but intimate setting in the Yoohoo Room, which enhances the environment. - **Food: 3 stars** – The appetizers were overly salty, and there was a mix-up with my fries order. They should consider implementing a tablet ordering system at the tables to streamline the process. - **Parking: 5 stars** – Being in Burbank, there are plenty of parking options available, including garages, lots, and street spaces."
