"Having heard of The Halal Guys for years in NYC. Was super excited that they had opened up a few locations in SoCal. I ordered the combination platter, it came w/ generous portions of gyro and chicken meat w/ rice, pita, lettuce, tomatoes and a ton of the infamous white sauce (or hot sauce if you like it spicy). There are 2 portion sizes, I opted for the bigger portion size (reg). Overall the food was good, the meats were cooked well (not dry), I understand why the white sauce is so popular (So good, you could put it on anything). The service was fantastic (they were generous to load me up on some more white sauce). Now the negative. The location was a pain the neck for parking. The restrooms were pretty filthy and it felt like a sauna in the dining area. It was 100+ degrees outside, was hotter in the restaurant, it didn't feel like they had air conditioning. I would definitely comeback for take out or visit another Halal guys location. 3 Stars."
