"We've had take-out quite a few times and it's always been great. It had been a while, we got a lot of food for a birthday celebration. They overcharged us and the food was hit and miss, some of it was good but the Soup Dumplings tasted like a mouthful of vinegar and the General Tso's chicken was not edible. We called, the person we spoke with was super defensive?! But finally said they'd credit us. They did not, they charges us again, a lesser amount, no credit. Three phone calls back to them and they said it was taken care of. Still hasn't been credited, huge headache. We had to call credit card company. Will NEVER eat here again, rude, dishonest and the food was disappointing."
