"If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This appropriation of black American culture must stop. Kimmy's is essentially a Korean-run Soul Food restaurant. The staff are not proficient in cooking black American cuisine, yet we still support these establishments. The chicken tasted like chitlins, the mac and cheese seemed to be boiled instead of baked, with melted cheese on top. The chicken also appeared to be made from frozen rather than fresh chicken. Sweet potatoes were also underwhelming."

"The food and service are always amazing! I had seafood gumbo and peach bignets. So delicious. Every bite. I also love their fried shrimp, red pepper cabbage, and French fries. The seafood pasta is outstanding. I've never had anything there I didn't like. I could just get an order of all sides and be happy mac cheese yams, rice gravy, greens, red beans rice are all so good. I only have the atmosphere a 3 star simply because I think they've outgrown this spot, more customers than seating."

"After a long and wonderful night, we decided to get something to eat for sustenance! The Cowgirls interior is so cute. There are pictures everywhere that line the walls with American Western related themes. The lights have antlers, and the restrooms have even more Western themed art! My favorite location was the back area in which there's a fireplace : (unaware if it's active . We had gotten their chili. He was raved about how delicious it was, and he wasn't wrong! Best"

"My co-worker and I ordered for the first time and I must say very impressed. My co-worker had ordered 2 piece chicken a breast leg with mashed potatoes and gravy. I had the salmon which came with rice and salad all in the foil pan. The salmon and rice was so good cooked onions salad and loads of rice could not finished save the rest for tomorrow. My co-worker stated she wished she ordered 3 piece chicken instead of 2 because it was so good and fresh and loved the mashed potatoes. The food was halal and it was really good. A Will order from them again."

"Our office decided to order lunch from Floyd's; about 4 cheeseburgers, a philly cheese steak with fries, and Okra totaling around $60.00+tip. We ordered around 11:45am. After 15 minutes or so, Floyd cancelled our order stating it was more food thanthey could prepare during lunch. We were never charged, but we wont be ordering from Floyd again."

"Ordered the fried catfish jambalaya with a side order of hush puppies and 3 piece catfish basket that includes fries and hush puppies with coleslaw. The temperature and taste of the food was good. The jambalaya was a bit spicy for my taste, and the catfish was thinly cut. So much so that sections of the pieces were too hard to consume. The sweet tea mixed with fresh lemonade was very good. The hush puppies were excellent; the side order was huge. Very much worth the extra $2! Would visit again but would order more pieces of catfish if getting the basket again."

"I will never return to this restaurant again. I ordered food through their app and arrived to pick it up 20 minutes after the scheduled time, allowing extra time for my order to be ready, but it still wasn't prepared. I requested a refund and was informed that I would have to wait 5-7 days for it. I called ahead to check if my order had been started before I left, but no one answered. When I arrived, I was told that my order hadn't even been started yet. I'm very disappointed with their service. The response I received was that they were short-staffed. Unbelievable."

"This person who was the only one working at this restaurant today was so crazy. I went in there, sit a little bit. I was looking at my phone. All of a sudden, he looks at me kinda strange, and ask me if I am going to get some food. I don 't think customers like to be asked that crazy question: are you going to buy any food here? I was surprised. I said no, not yet. He told me to leave. How he was speaking to me was very disrespectful. He keeps telling me to leave. I tried to not get too angry. I left and I told him: I will make a complaint against you, Don 't forget that! . "Orleans York has been a beloved go-to for me, especially when I'm not watching my weight. Their accommodating service, even near closing, is truly commendable. My usual order, the oyster po boy with crispy fried oysters, toasted baguette, cheddar cheese, and no lettuce, is a flavorful delight. The chicken clam bisque is an absolute standout, and the extensive menu never fails to offer something delicious. With every dish I've tried, I've been thoroughly satisfied. Their beverage selection is equally impressive, adding to the overall dining experience. This place holds a special place in my heart, as it was one of my mom's favorite takeout spots (RIP . My family has been loyal patrons since the first Orleans York opened on Slauson. The staff, from cashiers to cooks, are simply awesome. "This restaurant was one of my favorites before the pandemic, and now that I'm getting back out there, I decided to revisit it. I ordered the shrimp platter with seasoned fries and coleslaw, and it did not disappoint! The large fried shrimp had a light and flavorful batter, and the seasoned fries were excellent (not all fries are created equal). I'm definitely planning to return for the oyster po' boy, which used to be a favorite of mine as well!"

"I ordered some food and these are clearly new owners, I was so disappointed this chicken was so greasy looked overly floured, it was grease at the bottom of the container and the chicken was dripping with grease. I was so disappointed I asked for my money back. The chicken and french fries at this place used to be so crispy golden brown and seasoned well and delicious. I will never go back there."

"I love curry and the curry at million Thai tasted like the one I had in Thailand last summer. I had the Panang Curry and it was delicious. We also had fried rice and duck as well as Pad Thai. Absolutely recommendable are even the fresh spring rolls. A pleasure. And the garnishes looked amazing. Further the prices are moderate for downtown San Francisco and the portions are large. "I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I called ahead to place my order just 10 minutes before arriving, but when I got there, my order hadn’t even been entered into the system. I had requested double rice over the phone, but the person I spoke to insisted that the order came with both rice and French fries, and seemed unwilling to accommodate my request. When I finally picked up my order, I discovered that it included both fries and rice. They then tried to take the fries out, which felt unsanitary since several people had already handled my food. Overall, it was a frustrating experience."

"This might be one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I called in my order and arrived just seven minutes later. When I got home and opened the food, I found that everything inside was still pink, and there was a fly embedded in one of the wings. When I went back to get a refund, the woman at the counter attempted to charge me for a cup that I didn’t return. I'm shaking my head because, despite being in such a supposedly nice area, this restaurant deserves a negative 10 out of 10."
