"I absolutely adore this restaurant, however, the service could use some improvement. Our server seemed to be mostly stationed at the hostess stand where they chatted with coworkers, making it feel like their conversation was more important than providing customer support. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue. Despite this, the food was consistently delicious and I have never been disappointed, which is why I continue to come back. The restaurant is conveniently located by the river, allowing guests to arrive by boat and enjoy a lovely meal. They offer live entertainment, a stunning view of the river, and incredible cuisine. I would recommend Swamp House, but advise guests not to expect much from the servers as they may have to wait for things like drink refills, seasonings, or even their bill."
