"This was my first time visiting The Patio Marketplace At 400 Spectrum, and I expected good service. I ordered a simple burrito and asked the staff to notify me when it was ready. Unfortunately, I waited nearly 20 minutes. I hadn’t realized how much time had passed since I was on a phone call. When I finally went inside to check, I saw my burrito sitting on the counter the whole time, and no one from the kitchen informed me. The service was disappointing, and they didn’t offer any apology."
