"The ají amarillo ceviche was expertly seasoned—not too spicy and perfectly tangy. It was a surprisingly generous portion that could easily serve as a main dish. I was very pleased with it. The lomo saltado had a wonderful smoky flavor and was well-seasoned, with a good balance of meat, onions, and tomatoes. It was served with traditional white rice and French fries, along with a side of black beans that was also executed very well.
The huancaína noodles were cooked perfectly al dente, the sauce was creamy, and the grilled chicken breast was nicely seared and juicy. Both sauces they served (green and yellow) were fantastic complements to the dishes; definitely try them, as they aren't overpowering or overly spicy.
The tres leches cake was just the right level of sweetness. It stood about three inches tall and was cleverly plated in a bowl, allowing you to control how moist you wanted each bite to be.
Overall, it was a very delicious Peruvian lunch—well-seasoned and flawlessly executed. Our server, Erica, was attentive and professional, providing exceptional service throughout our meal."
