"We ordered two burgers and fries, cooked medium. The server—if you can call her that—claimed all their burgers were cooked to the same temperature but assured us they would still be pink. There was absolutely no pink and no flavor whatsoever. Additionally, my friend didn’t receive her fries with her burger, and my husband’s green salad never made it to the table with his pork dish. The fries eventually came out later, and she was charged for a full portion, while the salad was served as my husband's dessert since he had already finished his meal by then.
The rigatoni seemed like leftover scraps from previous diners, with just a teaspoon of sausage thrown in. There were no apologies or compensations, and with the 20% service charge already added, it seems the server had little incentive to care. I will never return."
