"People kept telling me about this Panzerotti they have here. Well, I've now tried it and it was really good. I got the baked one (instead of deep fried). It is really stuffed full of cheese. I got pepperoni and green olives in mine and, to be honest, it could've used a bit more of that vs the cheese volume but I'm not complaining. I'd easily get it again. The other thing about it is that it is easily two meals, maybe three. I'd like to try some other stuff next time, but the Panzerotti would be hard to pass up."

"Employees were smoking 10 ft from restaurant door, did not wash hands after smoking, employees were not professional, one had chipped black nail polish, pizza was late and had been sitting in heating rack for who knows how long before anyone noticed. We sat in waiting area for 15 minutes without updates..seems like they forgot about us"

"I'll stop there a few times a month with my little granddaughter. We usually share a personal pizza and a drink. The pizza is always hot and tasty, the precious lady is always so sweet for us, and the price is always right. The location needs an interior refreshment (which is the reason why the 4 and not a 5), but other than I enjoy the store. I look forward to the return of the buffet one day! It is always fun to enjoy a pleasant time with my precious granddaughter."

"In previous visits, the servers would ask if we wanted appetizers, but this time, the server simply took our order and then vanished. She only checked in once during our meal, and that was before I had a chance to ask her anything. I had to go to the server station to get someone’s attention, and then the manager came over after the chef went to fetch her. I explained to the manager that our server had left so quickly that I didn't get a chance to order dessert. The manager seemed dismissive and suggested we take our dessert to go, mentioning she would be sure to pack it up. I thought it would have been better if they had asked us about our dessert preferences before bringing our food to the table. When I mentioned to the manager that our experience was not very good, she simply asked, “What can I do?” I was expecting a more genuine response, like an apology or a question about how to improve our experience. It seemed clear from her body language and tone that Pizza Hut does not value our patronage. I requested crates for our leftover food and the bill so we could leave as soon as possible."

"I was happy with the pizza and its affordability. It would have been a 5-star experience if the staff could notify customers when their order is ready for pickup. However, my two pizzas were ready within 20 minutes, as indicated on the online order page. I will definitely be returning for more tasty pizza at a reasonable price. "I have good and bad things to say about this Pizza Hut. We went in seated ourselves after she took our beverage order. I let her know that my bill was seperate from the other two individuals I was with. They ordered a Large Pepperoni Lover's Pizza I ordered a Meat Lover's Melt and a Brownie. I requested that the Brownie was to go. Well, they got there pizza and a few minutes later I got my melt..but it was the Pepperoni Lover's Melt. By the time I actually got what I ordered I simply requested it to go with the brownie. We left and I then looked at the Brownie it was not cut. Unfortunately, it was a very pleasant experience for the two that ordered Pepperoni Pizza. But I was extremely hungry when I went in and when I left. The melt was two hot to eat in the car. So I was going to try the Brownie but it was in one whole peice. No tip for them. I could understand this if they were really busy. But mistakes like this when they are steady said I just was not a valued customer. I will say that the Meat Lover's Melt met my every expection...Yummy Pizza Hut. But the service was not worth the money I spent to dine in only to take it home and of course cut it myself. Glad I was not staying in a hotel..."

"I ordered a Hawaiian lovers pizza, but I received one topped with pepperoni and pineapple instead. As a trucker who needs food for a few days, this really threw a wrench in my plans. "I have never been so dissatisfied with a restaurant experience. I placed an order for dinner at around 7:45pm, only to be told that it wouldn't arrive until 10:05pm. My husband had to go pick up the food because of the delay, even though he had other things to do. This was especially frustrating because my mother has a medical condition and cannot eat that late. We have had multiple issues with Pizza Hut, particularly the Saddle Brook location. When we called to inquire about the delay, we were given excuses about staff shortage and accidents. We believe we deserve some kind of compensation for the inconvenience we have been through. It's unacceptable for us to have to deal with all these excuses, and my husband should not have had to go pick up the food."

"Make sure my order is complete and then help resolve my issue. I was missing my family order of cheese Breadsticks. When I called to try to get it fixed, I waited a few minutes for an associate to answer. After someone answered and I explained the situation, I was then put on hold for 10-plus minutes. I thought I would call back in case my call was forgotten, but this time no one picked up the phone and I was holding for 5-plus minutes. I just gave up after that."

"I drove up to pizza hut in smithfield nc today around 6:25pm. Got out only to find door locked. According to nc fire code doors are to be unlocked during business hours. So i decided to go to drive thru and was told i had to order by phone. If they were busy i can understand but no one in line and a couple inside i couldnt understand. "I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I arrived for lunch, every table was dirty and not one was clean. The food was served cold and looked unappealing. If it hadn't been for the young man working in the back, I would have left immediately. He brought me a hot, fresh pizza that actually tasted good, and I appreciate him for that. However, overall, this restaurant really needs to improve or consider closing down. I suggest avoiding the Pembroke Pizza Hut."

"So yesterday, my big kid orders us a couple melts to try, we get the chicken, bacon ones with creamy parmesan sauce... Only, it comes with hardly any chicken, barely any bacon no creamy parmesan sauce. It had a ranch packet... My boy got an email asking for feedback.. He was honest. Got a phone call a minute ago from the Hut... He tried to explain, lady did NOT listen... Told him 'if you want the creamy parmesan sauce on the side, you have to ask for it that way... ' She didn 't listen when he tried to explain that there was NO sauce, NONE, not on it , not with it... Just the ranch dressing. Rather than argue. He said 'ok ' we will finish his points not do business with them again. It doesn 't pay to not listen or be condescending."

"I ordered a medium Supreme pizza without sausage and a medium pepperoni pizza for takeout on Sunday, January 21, 2024, at 2:02 PM, both with hand-tossed crust. The Supreme pizza cost $18.24 and the pepperoni one $14.74. My husband and I have always enjoyed Pizza Hut, but we had a bad experience at the Cozad location and didn't return. With Lexington now closed, we decided to try Holdrege since it has new owners. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the quality of the Supreme pizza. The toppings were sparse, and I could easily buy three DiGiorno pizzas for the same price and get more toppings on just one of them than I did on yours. We will not be making the drive back to your restaurant for pizza again; we are extremely disappointed."

"The service at this restaurant was awful. We initially had trouble getting someone to take our order, and when we finally did, the server seemed annoyed by our presence. We ordered a large pizza for takeout, which cost $17.23. They told us it would take about 10 to 12 minutes, so we waited. After 25 minutes, we decided to check on our order and found out they had forgotten about us. By that time, the pizza was barely warm, with a crust that was mostly air. It was supposed to be half meat lovers and half supreme, but instead we received just 3 pieces of meat lovers and 5 pieces of supreme. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will not be returning."
