"However, I had a great experience at the upstairs bar. The bartender was fantastic. I mentioned how the heat and humidity back in Florida were ruining my dryer, and to my surprise, the bartender had a friend in my town and took the time to recommend someone to help me fix my issue. Not only did he give me excellent beer recommendations and top-notch service, but he also helped me tackle a problem from across the country. I’m definitely willing to give the seafood bisque another shot based on that experience alone.
As a follow-up, I found a good chunk of seafood at the very last bite of my bisque, so it seems I may have just been unlucky with my serving. Even though that was somewhat disappointing, it is what it is. The service was still outstanding.
Final note: the bartender's name was Pat, and he really made my visit special!
