My dining companion, who has been here 20 times, mentioned that the rice was unusually firm this visit. He brought this up to the staff, but they didn’t seem receptive to the feedback. This is something that needs to be addressed; investing in rice cookers might be a good idea—there’s no shame in that. I still enjoyed my sushi, but it would have been greatly improved if the rice had been cooked properly."
