"I was introduced to La Fromagerie because of work, and I am thankful for it. We do a lot of staff lunches and client meetings, and we come here often because the staff is so amazing and friendly, and their food is to die for. My personal favorite is the Toulouse sandwich. The smoky duck combined with the fig jam is the perfect combination of savory and sweet, and we also buy their charcuterie and cheese boards. I stopped by this weekend because I had to run some personal errands, and I went out of my way to come here because it'd been a while since I had a Toulouse. It's a small, unassuming place, but it's packed with amazing cheeses, my favorite of which is the brie fermier. Whether if it was Tom, Thomas, Aymeric, or Aldin, everyone here is top-notch. I can't stop recommending them."
