"love la cave! we come every year for new years, but I will say that this year the brunch price rose over $20 that is not much however. they cannot calculate what they do if they do not maintain the same standards of service. we saw our dedicated waitress 2 times the whole visit (to say and pay hello) so we have every question or order through the water jet and buffet server that is inefficient, as they then have to take the time to stop and go the job to someone else. other than that, amazing as always!"

"We ordered a couple sandwiches and a taco salad, however, when we ordered we asked for no onions along with ground beef instead of chicken. They put shaved roast beef instead of ground beef and diced onion, we couldn’t eat it because my wife is allergic to onions. Our sandwiches were really good, We called them immediately to complain and was told they would credit the charges that didn’t happen, We then called back, to speak with the manager/owner, they aren’t available and will not return our call after calling 3 times. Poor business!!!"

"Popped in today with my family after church. What an amazing surprise. Charlotte has great spots yet because it’s such a transplant city, you can easily get caught up in big box and corporate eateries. This place is a neighborhood gem that feels extremely genuine and is indeed quickly becoming one of my favorite spots. Had teas, tea cakes, smoothies, etc. next week, I’ll be moving on to the beautiful looking bahn mi sandwiches and some finger foods. If it’s as good as it looks, I’ll be back for another review. Gotta love the soul and integrity of family owned businesses."

"I was greeted promptly when I walked in and was told to have a great day when I left. The food was the right proportion size and I thought the gyro pita was really good. I am not really a smoothie person, but the one I had was good too. I really like the atmosphere and I think Laveen needed a place like this so I am all for it!"

"we had a nice lunch on Thursday. now they are only on Thursday, Friday, Saturday open) the inner was full when we arrived. it was very hot to sit outside. we sat on the bar. They waited for us quickly. we had tasted some of the specialties already made. my mother-in-law had the quiche and the salat. we both thought the quiche was delicious. neither of us liked the arugula earlyling mix salat. only not our preference. the teehaus panini with the suppe du jour chicken rice) was wonderful. I had the sauce on the side, only for the case, it was very filled. we bought some suppen mixes, and of course tees. it is a great place to eat near the shopping in crystal river. I'm going back. check the hours before they leave."

"I decided to come here after an appointment to try this place out and the food and drinks are ok but the two workers up front seemed like there were more interested in their conversation than fixing drinks. I waited 20 minute's for a bagel, scone and drink. If they were busy then i would understand but they weren’t. I got the bagel and drink and left because I was annoyed I don’t know if the scone was even prepared because the store is a little unorganized. There was a bunch of drinks just sitting out on the counter and then they had the food on a different counter on the opposite side that was super small. I think if they gave out ticket numbers when a customer ordered everything wouldn’t be all over the place."

"This is my second time ordering from the Human Bean, and unfortunately, I have to say it fell short. Although I’ve never had a real fruit smoothie before, I found it to be lacking in flavor, but that’s alright. I also opted for whipped cream, but it didn’t come with my order. Additionally, the waffle was smaller than I expected, though I probably should have looked into that beforehand. I’ll still give it four stars because I know their other drinks are usually good, and they might have just been busy this time."

"As a loyal Human Bean customer visiting several times per week, todays visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered my usual Irish Cream Breve and ordered a Matcha for my wife, was told no matcha( happens frequently lately) so order a Chia Latte with coconut milk instead. We leave and wife takes 1 sip and say it's bad. We drive back and explain, and ask for something different, we are than told since they are not re- making the same drink that want to charge me again. Terrible customer service. Lost a loyal Gold Status Customer"

"Great staff! The only reason I'm giving it four stars is that they were out of green tea products. However, it's a solid coffee drive-thru. They have a good variety of coffee, smoothies, and even bagels. I feel lucky because every time I go with my sister, there's no one in the drive-thru. But when I go for a walk, I always see a line!"

"The new one opened here in G.P. I ordered my favorite Snickers flavored Granita. The barista told me $7 for a 20 oz drink. I questioned her about it and she said that it's because I ordered caramel drizzle around the inside of the cup which is something they used to always do. After leaving I thought about it but wasn't able to get back to that location for almost a week. When I did go back and ask them about it they said the girl made a mistake and overcharged me but because it has been almost a week it was too late to do anything about it. Needless to say I was disappointed not only in the service but the fact that now I have to pay extra for what I was used to getting in my regular drink. So I Guess now that it's $6.50 a drink Human Bean is going to have to be an occasional luxury for me."

"Human Bean is amazing! this location, not so much. This is the 3rd time I've ordered a blended snowy mocha here and received something else which I tossed because it tasted very bitter. Today I also ordered a Chorizo burrito to try it. The menu makes it look large, it's only about 2 inches long. When I removed it from the container it was so hot it fell into pieces and burned my hand leaving behind blisters from the burns. I unfortunately had to toss it out my car window to prevent further injury and also have a mess in my vehicle I need to clean. In today's day and age, with how much people like to sue, you would think the packaging would atleast warn of a hot product, or in this case scorching hot."
