"The food at Hot Crusty is disappointingly bland, and the pizza really shouldn’t be offered. The pastries and cookies are stale, and the staff frequently neglect proper food handling, often working without gloves. If you want to encounter a health hazard worse than salmonella, just visit the bathroom. Given their prices, they could definitely afford renovations and a deep cleaning. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience. I gave it 2 stars only because they have bottled drinks available and the air conditioning is effective during the summer."
