"I’m left wondering why this place is called fast food. There was only one other person in the entire restaurant, and yet I waited 18 minutes for my order. The staff member, whom I think is named Craig, laughed at me when I placed my order. Meanwhile, others came in, received their food, and left before I even got mine. The service has really declined. Instead of focusing on their work, the staff were busy chatting and joking around. That might be fine, but it shouldn’t come at the expense of doing their job properly.
To make matters worse, the tables were dirty, and I had to clean the one I sat at myself. When I couldn’t finish my meal and asked for a takeaway bag, a young gentleman offered to help, but Craig said no and insisted he would get it instead. Once again, I’m left questioning why this establishment is considered fast food."
