"This post was long overdue because Don Carlos is one of my longtime favorite Mexican Restaurants located where I grew up. The food is usually on point and the margaritas are so good! I had the grilled beef fajitadilla with rice and beans. Friends had the flautas, grilled fajitas, fish tacos, menudo and nachos. We ate well! This restaurant holds many food memories. It’s the place you go to before or after church, shopping, studying and simply showing up for life. It’s the perfect friend hangout. Our group has our special table and the staff knows many of us.
