"The bartender was very attentive and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a nice lunch. However, during my follow-up visit, the experience was terrible. Despite having had a good previous visit, my sister and I decided to go for lunch today. Unfortunately, it was the worst service I have ever received. We were promptly seated and our drink orders were taken and served in a timely manner. However, after ordering salads, we waited for half an hour while other customers were being served before us. When we inquired about our order, the waitress said it would be 5 minutes. Ten minutes later, she was seen talking on her phone in the kitchen. As a diabetic, it is not ideal for me to have to wait so long to eat after taking my insulin. Despite offering us chips and salsa as a consolation, which I couldn't eat due to my diabetes, the waitress was rude and largely ignored us. Frustrated, we left money for our drinks on the table and left. I will never return to this restaurant again. The lack of business during our visit was no excuse for such poor service."
