As we were leaving, we noticed a cook leaning heavily on a spatula over a steak at the grill. That might explain why the steaks were dry. I’m sorry, Outback—I’ve been a loyal customer since the mid to late '80s, and you used to be a fantastic place to dine. Sadly, that's not the case anymore. I work too hard for my money to spend it at Outback Pub and Grill."
