"So I’m changing my review finally. Because I finally food another Mexican restaurant that makes the guacamole for me a lot smaller and cheaper. First of all service here needs to be worked on. I think the waitresses got a little too comfortable with me because I was always coming everyday to eat here. Yes some stuff on their menu is good but not everything. I understand you want to make conversation and want to be cool with me because I was always coming but I’m just a customer coming to eat that’s it. Asking personal questions is a big NO. Secondly they’ve gotten so comfortable when I call to place a order they answer the phone saying want do u want I’m really busy… if you are busy then don’t answer the phone but to pick up the phone and say I’m busy want do you want Going forward this place is very expensive and not everything is good on the menu …when they service you water it’s warm and don’t add ice and if they do the put water first and then add the ice and warm still taste warm it should be add ice first then water. Also there water taste like start faucet water and they calm they have a filter for it. It’s disgusting so I don’t order water anymore or any drinks from here I just bring my own drinks now. Also , I can say this their guacamole is very good here but the down side is that they only do it one size and it’s a big size for 14$ very expensive and I don’t even Get to finish it because it’s to big … they don’t give you a option for a smaller one for cheaper .. so your stuck with paying for something to big and can’t finish . Orchata is kinda watery as well.their burrito de asada and chicken things toasda are very good and the ajillo shrimp dish is good but not everything on that menu is good. : this is Very pricy stop. But thank god o found me a restaurant that makes me that guacamole just as good and cheaper… when looking at my bank statements I’m spending 300 to 600$ a month on pulpo loco I think I derserve some better service … but that all changed now that I found me another restaurant… you’ll be seeing me a lot less now that I found that guacamole some where else lol :"

"BEWARE: THIS PLACE IS SHADYYYYY! It was a group of 4 of us. 4. Service was slow. We were the only table in the restaurant besides a few people at the bar. The server that took care of us was gone most of the time. We had to flag her down for everythingggggg, and ask her for things multiple times as she kept forgetting. My order was wrong. She didn 't write anything down, but would come back to the table to ask what we wanted again because she forgot. That 's besides the point. We were a table of 4. The bill came out. We were told they couldn 't split the bill. Something they SHOULD HAVE disclosed to us in the beginning of service. Whatever, we paid the bill and figured it out..... But as I went to write my tip... I saw that there was a 15% service charge. I asked her why there was one because we were not a large party. So why is there gratuity already added? She said let me grab someone that can explain it better as she didn 't really understand English. She grabbed a patron at the bar which explained They charge gratuity for bills over $100. Again... SOMETHING THEY SHOULD 'VE disclosed to us. Which is what I told our server. Then she proceeds to tell me. When I brought the check I told you there was tip included and if you didn 't want that on there... You should have said something before I ran the card. It 's on the menu. She did NOT tell us this. So... I ask to see the menu. She leaves, gets on the phone and comes back saying I spoke to my manager, we can give it back in cash to you. I asked her to bring me the menu where it says it, or the sign at the door that discloses that they Charge gratuity for bills over $100 She said No. LOL. Straight up tells me, No. Because she knows this was a LIE. She comes back with $40 in cash when the gratuity added was close to $45. I asked her where the other $5 is. She said she doesn 't have any small bills and that 's all she has. I told her I have small change for her to refund me back the remaining $5. LOLOLOL She told me Its just $5. Yeah, it 's JUST $5..... But, after everything that already happened... I didn 't want her to get away with being sneaky again. A lot of things were not disclosed to me as a customer. We weren 't told that bills cannot be split (Ok, I understand some computers don 't allow it) BUT, at least disclose that with your customers. Also... gratuity added on bills more than $100???? Never heard of such a thing. I asked her to see the menu after she told me it said it on there.... She didn 't want to bring the menu back to me. Because IT DOESNT SAY IT ON THERE. And then shorting me my refund. Also got employees commenting on my post LOLOLOL"
