"We decided to dine at the Gessner Steakhouse because it was convenient, as we were staying at the Grand Hyatt in Vail. It ended up being a delightful surprise! Our server, Galo, was exceptional. He recommended dishes that were different from our usual choices, but we took a chance and they turned out to be delicious. Galo was attentive to our needs throughout the meal. We sat outside with a view of the river, which added to the overall enjoyable experience. It was definitely a memorable dining experience."
