"So delicious! We went for the Valentine's prix fixe on Valentines weekend. Everything was perfect. All three starters were fantastic. The pork belly on a furikake rice cake was like an elevated spam musubi. It was cooked to perfection with amazing flavors. The calamari steak on frisee was served perfectly. The soy and blood orange dressing was soooo good. They brought back the brussel sprout caesar that has always been a favorite of mine. The entrees were also amazing. Perfectly cooked filet mignon, a salmon that had the best char on the outside and melted in your mouth. And then the scallop risotto with perfectly cooked scallops. Charcoal never disappoints and this meal was no exception. Can't wait to go back for the new mixed grill platter."
