"Valentines night.... we had reservations at 7, and were on time, but had to wait over 30 minutes to be seated. Once seated we waited another 30 minutes for appetizers and another 15 for entrees. The kitchen ran out of food and some of our food was served cold and had to be sent back. Yes, it was Valentines night but, even though the servers were gracious and apologetic, this was one of the worst dining experiences we have had in a long time. Shame, since our other experiences here have always been positive."
