"The food was good but not for the price. The waiter seemed to be in robotic mode as he kept of repeating the same lines. e.g. we would ask how is this drink its my favorite apparently all of the drinks where his favorite. In the other hand, the buss boys and food runners where really polite and nice. By the way the drink I had was gross and taste it like bitter cough medicine. Which was very surprising because we loved the cocktails at their Rabbit hole (Arcade bar). Couscous and fish were great. Bone marrow were not worth the calories. There are better places in the village to spend your money."

"From the reviews and the outside of this place (having driven by it many times), my wife and I were really excited to make this our weekly date night out. Unfortunately we were left pretty disappointed. The first thing that should have been our warning, was the interior decor. For a very historic and rich building on the outside, the interior is very gaudy and does not reflect ANYTHING for what I imagine this place as or how I imagine they see themselves as. Secondly the pricing for the pasta is $14 which is not bad for the bowl of fettucini proscuitto I had. But my wife's dish was the price for 6 pumpkin raviolis that were approximately the size of quarter coin. As well, she informed me that it tasted like her food had been cooked in a microwave and was not fresh. Our service was very good and the waiter was super attentive but unfortunately we just do not feel the want/need to go back that we expected when we arrived."

"Fans of Michael Symon, living in MA. My wife was dying to try one of his restaurants. So for Christmas we made a reservation for a night in Cleveland. The food was nothing short of awesome! The atmosphere was very cool, dimly lit for a romantic evening. They had a great drink list, as well as wines and beers. We tried pizza, Italian style, thin, crisp, excellent. We loved the roasted marrow app perfectly delicious. I got scrumptious scallops, very good being 700 miles from the ocean, I'm used to really fresh seafood and these were good. My wife had the gnocchi and it was delicious meaty and creamy. We ended with a great cuppa coffee, the flourless chocolate cake, and the panna cotta, and all were outstanding. Someday we'll be back!"

"We had a group of 10 for a 5 PM reservation on a recent Monday. Our waitress, Emily, was outstanding! I ordered the Chicken Marsala, which was delicious. Everyone in the group enjoyed their meals. A complimentary dessert was brought out for one of our friends who was celebrating a birthday. We will definitely be returning!"

"For the main course, the Eggs Benedict was perfect—full of flavor and featuring beautifully poached eggs. In contrast, the Mushroom Omelet was disappointing, as it was served with wilted arugula that clearly wasn’t fresh and should have been checked before serving. On a positive note, the Brown Butter Sage Gnocchi was a real highlight, rich and packed with flavor, even if it wasn’t a traditional small bite. A big thank you to our server, who provided a smile with every dish. We plan to return and hope this experience was just due to a busy day, especially with numerous tea parties happening in the lounge areas, likely putting a strain on the staff. I also hope they consider bringing back the cherries!"

"Mother's Ruin is a great little neighborhood bar. Cocktails are well crafted and deliciously thought out. The staff is great and you will have a well cared for experience. The food is perfect. Great options with one of the better burgers in Chicago. Everything is simple order all at the bar. Usually always have a table available but almost close to being full. This is a great local hangout with some amazing drinks and food."

"A very cool watering hole with that lovely DC dive bar charm, this place has a lot of character and more importantly, a happy hour drink and appetizers/small to medium bites menu that is fitting this Petworth haunt. If you 're there at the happy, try the special punch for the week it is a great start (and has a nice kick, so be careful! to many interesting cocktail options. I nibbled on the Pork Sliders and BBQ wings, both of which were very good! The prices were totally reasonable, too. There is a cozy library lounge back room that seemed to be the hot spot when I was there on a generally non eventful Wednesday evening. It filled up quickly, likely with those who are 'in the know ' of the spot. The bartenders were extremely nice and always around with great service. This is definitely a place I would check out again."

"I recently visited this restaurant with some friends and had a fantastic experience. I really appreciate that you can reserve a table on the patio; it’s a perfect spot for drinks and happy hour, and the food is excellent! We tried a variety of snacks, including eggplant dip, spinach artichoke dip, popcorn chicken, Brussels sprouts, and hush puppies, all of which were delicious. I also had one of the fish tacos, and it was great as well! They offer more substantial meals too, which creates a wonderful mix of a casual bar atmosphere with gastropub vibes. I would definitely come back here again!"
