"First time eating here. The tables were cleared of dishes, but definitely not wiped down and cleaned. If you're looking for cleanliness and sanitation, this isn't the place for you. Yes, this should be first on everybody's list. However, let's be honest, we know what we are getting into before we even park at our chosen establishment.Our server was initially fast and efficient. She didn't make us wait long before she came to ask us for our drinks, then quickly took our food order. We went for breakfast (7am) and they were already busy. Even so, our food came out quick. And it was pretty good. Both my husband and I enjoyed our plates. He got huevos rancheros, and I got oatmeal.After our food was dropped at the table, our server never came back. Almost 20 min went by, so finally we just had to ask for her. I asked for the check, She did that quickly, and then awkwardly stood there waiting for payment. I gave her the card, she brought the receipts back immediately, and stood there awkwardly AGAIN waiting for me to sign it (I couldn't keep my giggle this time). I said thanks and I'd get it to her when I was finished. Only then did she leave.At any rate, other than the service taking an unexpected turn at the end, it was an all around good experience here."

"This place truly is one of the best in the seymour area. A few things make this place like non other. The owner is a great example of what great customer service is. Not only is he kind and easy to interact with, you can see the passion through the amazing food quality. If you are looking for a go to Mexican cuisine kiko's is definitely a place you should try. I wish I could make it by more often because every meal I've had at kilos I have throughly enjoied. 10/10 across the board!"

"We had a reservation for PM Friday, We arrived at We were seated by and ordered by After several Your food is about to come up statements, we left at when we heard that again, never having received our food. Our order was a bunless hamburger with sweet potato fries and a breadless Rueben sandwich with green beans. Numerous tables seated after us had received appetizers or food before we left. They were not too busy, as there were many empty tables. The noise level, primarily from the bar, was extreme. It can be a little noisy at busy times, but that was above the norm. The hostess was helpful and nice, as was the waitress, but nice does not cover minutes of waiting with promises of food about to be served. I will say that we frequent this restaurant and enjoy our trips normally, but this one was not pleasant, at all."

"I had an oatless from this place where the taste was watery. The staff was nice, but I'd eat again. I threw a whole bowl of oat flakes, what a waist of money I know, but I tried to give them away? So I go back to my desk and said: It's okay, at least they gave you that I've never been so hurt in my whole life this experience was absolutely creepy because how would you give me bread and oatmeal I was loss of words. will I have been coming back? Absolutely not for the oat flakes."

"Went here to see a friend who plays in an Eagles tribute band. I live 5 minutes away and had no clue 2920 Roadhouse was there. The place is well kept, Latrine was clean and staff was very kind. Super great atmosphere to sit, eat and enjoy the show. Oh and the prices of everything was surprisingly reasonable. I don't drink but my friends do and they ordered drinks. I took the bill and expected way more. Kudos to them for their pricing. The wonderful lady taking the tickets turned out to be the owner and I was surprised. As a business owner myself, I love to see the owners interactive with their establishments which is why everything was most likely so well kept and organized. On top of that she was very nice. Highly recommend this place. 5/5."

"The food at this restaurant was delicious. I tried the seafood burrito and chimichanga with rice and beans, both of which were generously loaded with seafood. The burrito was quite large, while the chimichanga was very tasty with the addition of queso. My daughter ordered a combo plate with a burrito and hard taco, and she thoroughly enjoyed it. My friend had the seafood burritos and found them to be very filling and worth the money. The service was a bit lacking, as we never received some of the things we asked for, but our waitress was busy and another server was attempting to assist us with his tables as well. Overall, I would return to this restaurant. The environment was nice, clean, and friendly."

"Salisbury's only current restaurant found on OpenTable! My husband and I have been coming here for years since the doors opened and long before we discovered OpenTable. We are never disappointed and the food is always fresh! Some of my favorite items and must tries: Patron Guacamole prepared at table, Organic Margaritas, Chicken and Shrimp Mojo de Ajo, Fish Tacos, the pineapple Chorizo dish. From the salsa to the pico de gallo, their food is never boring. Some great personnel there too. Kudos to George, George Jr and Juan. Great people."

"We are new to the town and thought of trying to local Mexican restaurant and ended up to this amazing female owned restaurant. The food was amazing and so is the owner. She personally was going to each table and making sure that everyone is getting better service. We definitely would visit this place often. And yes if you’re a vegetarian just like us this the place, coz they have wide range of vegetarian options too. Stephany is our all time favorite hostess and she always make us feel like home."

"came here to the birthday of my stepmother and were absolutely grounded. there were about seven of us reserved. blew immediately and our waitress was very attentive and was always on us to check that go extra mile. in the inner was very comforting. it was packed, but it never felt like it was too loud or crowded. love the atmosphere. had a few cocktails that were very delicious. I was disappointed. before I was a bit of the Napa leaves on the street when it came to the pizza. this place blows it directly out of the water. I had the pizza while my other half had only the simple one. it was full of so much taste and everything combed well. no one at the table was disappointed. to hide it from dessert, for which I think that the inherited should die. that's a must when they eat here. the ding is huge, so I would suggest if they find themselves eating after the dessert period. Apart from that, there were no disappointments here. I heard her breakfast is pretty good too. the service was beyond expectations, eating was tasteful and tasty, serving were huge, and dessert was phenomenal. in any case a place that should not be missed."

"This is our first time and we received a very good impression. First, the design of inside and cleanness were good. We were served by Daniel V. and he was great with friendly smile , very patient with us cause we took a little longer to look over themenu, since it was our first time. The food, at first we saw Fried Eggs can be add to the dish , I never seen that before at aTex-Mex. So I gave it a try and it was amazing good! Just a note, there’s also a Gluten-free option too. "Now that I've gotten that off my chest, let me rave about their Poblano Chicken Chile Relleno, which was absolutely delicious. The poblano pepper was stuffed with shredded chicken breast, smothered in a tasty sauce, and topped with generous amounts of cheese. I ordered the #10, which included the Chile Relleno and a Puffed Beef Taco, both of which were fantastic. The taco was crispy, and the beef filling was seasoned to perfection with a wonderful cumin flavor. The rest of our group had the beef and chicken fajitas, which were also very good. For dessert, we indulged in the churros—crispy on the outside, perfectly fried, filled with dulce de leche, and dusted with cinnamon sugar. It was a delightful treat! Just beware that the first bite might be molten hot because of the dulce de leche. The atmosphere was fun, and my daughter had a blast, especially when everyone sang happy birthday to her while she wore a giant sombrero."

"Booked using OpenTable for New Years Eve at 7pm, arrived at 6:45pm with my 3 guest and was told the kitchen was closed and only open for drinks. No prior notice and they acted like it was not a big deal. Trying to get into a decent restaurant on New Years Eve without a reservation, only got luck at the Texas Roadhouse near Kingwood, thanks them for saving the evening. Sent inquiry into OpenTable and waiting on a response since this should not happen for any reason, at least the window for times slots should have been greyed out to initially prevent someone from booking. cheers, hopefully it will be a good year."

"We're here for the first and last week. Guacamole was delicious, but I had to ask for additional lime and salt to add taste. Then I got my meal... disgusting. I couldn't find out what the problem was and found it was the red sauce. I told the waiter that the sauce was bad and very bitter. He went back and got a small bowl for me to try. He did not taste it, brought it back to the kitchen and said the cook (I hesitate to use the word cook). He came back and said they forgot to add sugar. Are you kidding? The sauce is bad to add some sugar? I almost left everything on the plate. He took 10% of our check. Really? You can keep your guacamole and your bad sauce!! Oh, I didn't mention that the tables used a good cleaning. I think I can do without Mexican food if I understand. No, thanks."

"I had an OT reservation and was greeted by a less than energetic host who was slouched over. She was clearly bored and managed to ask inside or out. Not a Welcome to Valencia's. I looked around and decided to sit at the bar. Given her demeanor I figured the rest of the staff would be like that so I'd take my chances at the bar. Wrong choice. Bar tenders took minutes to get to me on a relatively slow night. there were only people seated at the bar and a handful of patrons in the restaurant. there were two bartenders who were cleaning to close hours early), prepping and not paying attention to who was sitting at the bar. Finally. I ordered a fountain drink and an appetizer. Well... it took another minutes to get the the fountain drink and a basket of chips and some yummy sauces. I placed an order for the Loaded queso with brisket and waited.... and waited... and waited. innings into the Yankee/Sox game and I asked how much longer it was going to be (it had been minutes at this point) and the bartender who took my order literally looked at me and said longer for what? Umm.. sir, my queso. All he said was oh my bad let me go get that. Came back with the queso that had that dry film that queso gets when it's been sitting out too long. There were diners who asked for the check times at the bar and were growing frustrated. Luckily that wasn't the case for me. The queso was good, because it was, but the service was lack luster at best. I wouldn't go back until they change whoever runs operations and whoever hires the talent."

"Good place. I have to give them credit on the margarita, it was as good as I can make. The chips and dip were good. The fajita was good, served stew style not sizzling, and it was fine. Our waiter Kai was nice. The only knock would be that they need to trim their steak better, both my wife and I had pieces we had to spit out. The inside was comfortable enough, we sat at a half both table, though I prefer full booths. I'd go back, and I'd hope to see the meat quality improved."

"I previously worked at this restaurant and upon returning after a few years, I was shocked at how different it was. When my girlfriend and I arrived, the place was nearly empty with only 2-3 other tables occupied. Despite this, we were completely overlooked and had to wait 30 minutes for my drink. Additionally, they brought me the wrong food even after I had to correct them. It was quite embarrassing. In terms of ratings: Service - 2, Food - 2, Atmosphere - 2. The price per person for a lunch meal was $30-50."

"1st time here waited a good 5 minutes, and saw at least 5 people who work here look me in the eye and say nada! My companion went and got someone, who looked super surprised to be flagged down. Didn't want to judge based on the plates I passed on the way to my table but turns out my assessment would of been spot on without trying the food. The three of us ate a variety of items in pork, beef and chicken and everything was just blah. Truly the worst version of Mexican food I've ever tried. I didn't eat much of any one thing and will never eat here again and pretty sure there is nothing authentic about it."
