"I placed a pick-up order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. However, they weren't offering any nigiri. After waiting 45 minutes and hearing numerous excuses, I finally received my order. It was clear that pick-up orders are not a priority for them, and the sushi chef was new. The wasabi portions I got were minimal, and the fish selection was limited to only three types. The restaurant was only a quarter full, and I saw another customer cancel their order and leave in frustration. The place looked quite run-down and had significantly changed since my last visit. At $125 for my rolls, it definitely wasn't worth the hassle or the wait."
