"We spend 70.00 on food to go got home only to discover globs of hair in the rice management refused to refund my money because we started to eat before discovering it as if we suppose to check for hair first smh so we find the hair and immediately the 70.00 dinner to us became trash lost of APPITTE for everyone but I couldn't get refunded because we started to eat some!!!Eat at your own risk search for hair then eat!!!NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN!!DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!"

"Beware of the dishonest staff at this restaurant. The store clerk refused to honor a goodwill gesture of a free cup of chicken cilantro soup with a purchase at regular price because the order was placed online. Despite no mention in the fine print disqualifying online orders, they were adamant about their policy. This behavior is unacceptable and disrespectful. It appears that they are desperate and willing to risk receiving negative reviews. Chicken Maison down the street offers better food, prices, and overall karma. This place seems to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. Additionally, other customer reviews mention being charged extra for items like green sauce, which is unheard of at a Mexican restaurant. El Pollo Inka in the same shopping center offers similar pricing but with higher quality food and service. Stay away from this place. I will be contacting my credit card company to request a refund and will not be supporting this dishonest business in the future."

"Ordered online for delivery because of some deal, like 35% off or something. Order went through, but then after 20 minutes, the order was cancelled saying the restaurant was closed or had stopped accepting orders. If you don't want to honor the deal in the app then don't offer it. Won't bother making another attempt at eating from this place. Service: Delivery Price per person: $20–30"

"Excellent food unfortunately the cashier lady worst service ever. Over the phone overprice and in person lose the ticket and your order provably take 45 minutes. La comida excelente desafortunadamente la empleada que toma las ordenes lo peor en servicio al cliente. Si toma la orden por telefono cobra de mas y te dice que es lo que su sistema arroja. Si vas en persona pierde el ticket y tu orden estara lista en 45 minutos."
