"I absolutely love Dr. Limon. I've visited the location in Homestead several times, and it has always been fantastic with great service. However, I decided to try the Pinecrest location with my family, and I had a very disappointing experience. The service was poor, and the Chaufa rice with meat was not up to par. The most surprising part was when I was leaving, a woman who claimed to be the manager approached me in a rude manner and asked why I tapped my hand on the payment machine. I explained that it was because the food and service were subpar. Instead of addressing my concerns, she responded with a bad attitude, saying, “Okay.” Honestly, I don’t go out to spend my money only to receive such unpleasant treatment!"
