"We came here to enjoy a little bit of the end of Oktoberfest and we love German beers and food. We got a Hacker Pschorr Oktoberfest, Märzan bee (5.8% I just can said was delicious!! Additionally we got Sausage Sampler: Bratwurst, Knockurst, pepper and cheese bratwurst, chicken and apple sausage. It’s come with cabbage German style… it was “ok” we were missing the hot sausage and I can suggest to add more vinegar to the cabbage. Additionally as a gift from our “close neighbors” we had a “homemade apple strudel” which was good. The atmosphere is great, I’ve love the decoration and the most important and nice was the costumer service. Joe was the person in charge of us tonight and he was awesome and he went beyond improving his great Spanish."

"[Review from a year ago, dated Sun 25-Sep-2022] The fries were absolutely amazing—definitely a must-try! The mozzarella sticks were okay, but we couldn't help but wonder why they were even on the menu. The portion sizes felt a bit off, possibly due to some miscalculations from Pearl High School. Unfortunately, my order was spoiled by an excessive amount of mayo, which made it look quite unappetizing. Thankfully, the fries managed to redeem the meal."

"I went there today for dinner. I had a bacon burger. It was decent and oily like it should be for a burger that is. It came with red onions, pickles, and cheese. I also got an order of fries. Man were they crispy delicious! My hubby opted for the spicy chicken sandwich which came with fresh lettuce. It was not bad--I had bite to check it out. I think that the items arrived in a timely manner. More than that, the price is more affordable than McD's. One thing that I would prefer is that they have a bathroom--unless they do and I did not see it?"

"Eating is good as expected. customer service, not so much. brandy must have a hard day. she was not pleasant, got our order wrong and then overload us for something sauce. she told us it was 65 and accuses us $1.05 when we asked for our acknowledgement, she gave us a random entry with a fee for 15 cash. we paid a card. all the time. If you don't like your job, you should get one more. update: thanks for coming out. I would like a better customer service because this is an important part of the return customers. I take decent customer service about convenience. I don’t know if they own the rally’s on north limestone, but my experience was always great."

"Would give negative 5 stars if I could. The super skinny dark complected girl with black hair was incredibly rude, honestly I would NEVER keep an employee like her at my establishment. She wasn?t even the one who took or order or who helped us, but she came over after we paid and demanded we pay $23 to which I informed her we already paid. She asked what we ordered and before I could even answer, turned around and started talking bad about us for having a ?attitude? because I had to look at my fiancé for a second and ask what he ordered. We will not be going there again to say the least. The customer she started talking bad about us too also called her out on her comments and mentioned how she wasn?t doing her job correctly. As a part of being a customer service associate, your number one priority is providing good customer service or at least being nice rather than talking bad about other customers RIGH in front of them to other people. I would be completely embarrassed to have her as my employee. Not to mention the people she was working with also commented on how ridiculous and in inappropriate it was. The the only decent part of our visit was that the other associates recognized how terrible her attitude was. Highly recommend getting rid of her and I am SURE this isn?t the first time someone has had an issue. She was blatantly rude and disrespectful and incredibly comfortable being so."

"Just as expected. We almost didn't receive one of the items we ordered, but I checked before we left. I really enjoyed the banana shakes and the kids loved the chicken bites. I don't usually eat fast food often, but Checker's unique twist on their dishes is really impressive."
