"The decor was charming and it seemed like a fun place to be. However, our dinner took two hours, and we didn't even order appetizers or dessert. They kept promising to bring out our food, but it just didn’t happen. When we finally received our meals, no one checked on us afterward—there were no drink refills, and we had to flag down our waitress to ask for salad dressing, which she never delivered. There was hardly any apology for the delays. I ordered a salad and a regular drink (not one of the fancy fishbowl cocktails), while my daughter had a Shirley Temple and a waffle, and the total was nearly $80. We would have liked to order dessert, but with the kids starting to fall asleep in their chairs, we decided it was best to leave, which probably was the right choice. I hope they can improve their service because this place has great potential."
