"Sunday 21 August 23, 8;15 PM The hostess was too busy taking selfies and her phone and smiling, that she had no smile for the guests. When she showed us to the table, she didn't say who our server would be, nor did she provide cutlery. Basically, sat us down and got back to the front desk, when she promptly started taking selfies again. When the server turned up, did not say her name, did not make us feel welcome, complained that she already had a lot of tables to look after (4). she took our order and brought our drinks. We never saw her again at our table someone else brought the food out. We ordered a signature strawberry lemonade, which did not taste like its title, in fact very sour tasting. The food where do i start Well, the BBQ half rack of ribs, where not cooked, uneatable. Looked and tasted like, they had run out during the day and rushed to cook more. The sirloin steak was basically a peppered steak, covered in way too much pepper. which i DID NOT ask for. During the whole meal, not once did anyone approach our table to ask if everything was good, did we need any more drinks etc. One redeeming note, was that when i finally got hold of the Duty Manager, he comped us the BBQ rib meal and took 25% off the remaining bill."
