"After booking a reservation for 2 people and receiving a confirmation from Open Table (and a reminder the day before) we arrived at the restaurant 6:30 pm, Saturday, July 23, 2022 only to be told they were closing for the day. I explained to the woman that we had a reservation confirmation. She did not seem to care offered no apology nor showed any sign of regret. I further mentioned that I checked their website which showed that they would be open until 9:30pm. In fact, as I write this review their website still shows that the restaurant is open until 9:30pm Thursday, Friday Saturday. Again, there was no apology or indication that she cared nor was there any invitation for us to return another day. Total disrespect....will not return. I also had to pay for parking!!"

"We order Chicken Marsala, small pizza, tiramisu and NY style cheesecake, to-go. The chicken breasts in the CM were thin but the flavor was good. My Husband said that the pizza didn’t have enough sauce. Being one of the few food choices in Aledo, it wasn’t bad in a pinch. The staff was friendly but the place by itself has seen better days. The desserts were good so don’t be fooled by the weird looking displays of it (I think they’re fake). I might go back for the CM but this is not a place to where I would crave to go back."

"Got the Sizzling Stripper Salad BOMB! They had an avocado salsa dressing (forgot the name of it) that was delicious, and I'm not much of a fan of avocado either. Customer service was excellent; the staff was very attentive and helpful even though it wasn't a sit down restaurant service. The salad I would say is a bit pricey for what I'd look to pay for a salad but the amount you get does make sense for the price. It was basically two meals for me. I'd come back for sure!"

"I stopped by today and really enjoyed all the new changes, especially the fantastic menu selection. We decided to sit at the bar for a drink, and the service was prompt—our bartender was very polite and friendly. We asked if she could make our specific drink, and she confidently assured us she could. Unfortunately, it turned out that she couldn't quite get it right. She must have noticed our disappointment and asked if it was okay, to which we kindly explained how it should be made. Rather than fixing it on the spot, she promised to get it right next time. While this experience won’t deter us from returning, I do hope the young lady improves her skills."

"I dropped in for a quick meal, but it felt like the woman at the counter was reluctant to serve us. Despite glancing our way multiple times, she chose to take orders from a group of three that arrived after us. Ultimately, we decided to put on our coats and leave. Not the most effective way to run a business."

"Wont be back. Stopped in for a quick beer and check our errand list at 12:30. Been here three times for food and found it nice and convenient. When we walked in a young lady, blond, was sitting on the outside of the bar on a stool with her leg up. Other patrons were there considering it was lunch. We sat down at the bar, the young, blond turned out to be our bartender. Talked about her night job and taking shots is okay. Very disrespectful. Not professionally dressed. Even a young couple walked out while we were there. I like strip clubs, BUT NOT AT LUNCH when I want to grab a beer and get on with the day. No TIP, WE WENT TO GATSBY. WONT BE BACK, NO RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THIS PLACE"

"Always wanted to try this diner, so glad we had the chance. The waitress Laura mades us feel right at home. She's a great waitress, really knows how to take care of people. Seems to be the vibe there the other waitress offered us coffee even tho we were not her table. Nice ladies. Food was excellent we had lunch special wraps with soup and drink included,, Good deal. big protions. We will be back when in the area. Love the place"

"You get what you want and it will be awesome. The staff is perfectly friendly and helpful. They are everything I would expect out of a more expensive restaurant...their food and service are top-notch. My only complaint is my stomach isn't big enough to try everything! They are THAT great! The Five Star rating is an insult to them."
